Edward Arsouni orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM
Order confirmation & Shipment tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, the production team will start preparing your dress and schedule shipping.

Depending on your location, delivery after production will normally take 3-7 business days (do not include weekends and holidays). We'll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date.
While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren't responsible for delays due to holidays, customs clearances or failed payment approval.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Edward Arsouni offers complimentary express shipping for all orders. Once the order is shipped, an email will be sent to the purchaser containing a tracking number.
Signature is required at delivery of all orders for security purposes.
Customs, duties and taxes
Edward Arsouni is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibilities of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Edward Arsouni is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment courier to file to claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return policy
Dresses can not be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you. If you received an item in a flawed or defected condition, or any mistake was made, please contact our support in 24 hours at support@edwardarsouni.me.
